Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Certain items are non returnable. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing time may apply)
  3. Contact your bank (additional processing delays may occur)

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at {sterlingsportsltd@gmail.com} and send your item to: {141 Grampian Way, LUTON, LU33HR, United Kingdom}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to: {141 Grampian Way, LUTON, LU33HR, United Kingdom}.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
